I've always been a morning person. Most days you can expect to find me in the kitchen blaring out house, electronica or disco music whilst Mark gets ready for work. It's hardly the dawn chorus but I need something to really moving and I loathe cooking in silence. 

 

It's the routine we've developed over the last five years and now that we are in Shanghai, I don't plan on changing it one bit.

 

Many of you have been asking me to create a playlist of the music that gets Mark dancing each day. I thought it was a fantastic idea.
